If you're buying any of Power Flower's Ultrapure strength products, then you're safe to have them shipped anywhere within the United States.
The Ultrapure strength products use 100% pure hemp flower CBD with no other cannabinoids or hemp flower constituents.
The CBD and THC levels vigilantly tested during our creation process, so you can feel safe about an easy delivery.

If you're buying any of Power Flower's Full Spectrum strength products, then you're safe to have them shipped anywhere within the United States.
The Full Spectrum strength products use full spectrum hemp flower CBD, and includes the other naturally occurring consituents from the hemp plant for a more balanced therapy. These products may include up to .3% Delta 9 THC, which is below the federal limit for naturally occuring THC in a CBD product.

If you're buying any of Power Flower's Maximum Strength products, you may want to know if Delta-8 THC is legal to have in your state.
The Maximum Strength products use 6% chemically pure, Delta-8 THC. This form of THC is federally legal in the USA because it is derived from the hemp plant. The Maximum Strength products also use chemically pure CBD, with no other cannabis constituents, for heavy duty relief.
The CBD and THC levels are vigilantly tested during our creation process, so you can feel safe about an easy delivery.
There are a few states that prohibit the selling of Delta-8 THC. The ability to buy it in those states remains unclear.

We love and stand by our products, so we're happy to offer a pretty fantastic return policy.
If you're unhappy with a Power Flower product, you're welcome to return it for a full refund.
You're also welcome to exchange a product you're unhappy with! Simply choose a same-value product you'd like to exchange yours for.
We ask that you pay for shipping, if you're returning or exchanging the product, but that's about it!
